Salary: £32,640 to 36,720, Dependent on experience
Role Purpose
The Dispensing Optician role is key within the dispensing team. They will deliver and fulfil the function of dispensing to the highest professional standard and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues. They are the essential link between the consulting room and the dispensing process for patient.

Reports to: Surrey Lead Audiologist
Location: Mobile across Surrey practices
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 + £5000 car allowance per annum, Incentive scheme
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide high‑quality, patient‑centred audiology care as a qualified, HCPC‑registered Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist, delivering thorough assessments and personalised hearing solutions across multiple clinic sites (Banstead, Purley, Croydon, Bookham and Caterham). You will use strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients throughout their hearing‑care journey, while being adaptable, proactive, and open to innovative ways of working. Above all, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care and continuously improving service quality.
