Recently I was in a panic mode as my right ear had completely blocked any sound And gave me a miserable weekend. I’m normally under the hospital for regular removal of ear wax but My appt was running late.I was apprehensive as I had always been seen At the hospital knowing That I was always used to micro suction. My experience with solent hearing was one hundred per cent.I felt very relaxed with Peter And he gave me a thorough examination,and very very gentle and proffesional. Bill was very friendly on my first visit to Rawlings. He was extremely knowledgeable and adjusted the settings of my hearing aid to improve the incoming volume which has made a positive difference. I have already spoken highly of Bill and recommended him to friends.

He gave me a thorough hearing test and advised me of the type of hearing aid I needed for my particular hearing loss.
