Lymington Open Day Giveaway – Full Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
• This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period
• The giveaway opens on 6/03/2026 and closes on 14/03/2026 at 11:59 PM (UK time).
• Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1. Follow @rawlingsoptic on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag 2 friends in the comments who love spring fashion
4. (Optional Bonus Entry) Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag @rawlingsoptic
Additional Conditions:
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry tags different friends.
• Entries must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines.

5. Prize
• One winner will receive 1 pair of Longchamp Women’s Sunglasses.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
• Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on 17/03/2026.

7. Winner Notification
• The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @rawlingsoptic Instagram account only.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner

8. Shipping & Delivery
• The prize will be shipped free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner.
• Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit once dispatched.

9. Entry Restrictions & Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify entries that:
• Do not meet the entry requirements
• Are incomplete, automated, or appear to be spam
• Come from giveaway-only or suspicious accounts
• Violate Instagram’s community guidelines

• Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for administering the giveaway.
• We will not share personal information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil delivery of the prize.

11. Rights & Permissions
