Bill Mills

Bill trainingBill Mills, our Audiology Team Lead, MSHAA brings a wealth of experience and a deep belief in integrity-led care. Bill’s journey into hearing care began in 2014, after a global career in the textile industry, where he experienced first-hand how hearing loss impacts life. Specialising in wax removal, bespoke earplugs and tailored hearing solutions, Bill’s approach is always personalised and independent — meaning he recommends hearing aids based solely on each patient’s unique needs rather than any one manufacturer.

Bill also wears hearing aids himself, giving him a powerful empathetic insight into the real-world benefits of modern technology. Patients often refer their friends and family to him, a testament to the high standard of care and trust he builds with every appointment.

Jessica Tovey

Jessica Tovey RHAD, BAAn audiologist checking someones ear Sp&A (Hons) our Surrey team lead, brings a unique dimension to hearing care with her combined expertise in audiology and speech therapy. Qualified in South Africa in 2015, Jessica understands how hearing loss affects communication, brain function and everyday life. Her background in a busy hospital audiology department gives her a broad clinical perspective, from noise-induced hearing loss to complex ear conditions.

Since relocating to the UK, Jessica has honed her skills in advanced hearing technology and microsuction wax removal. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and is passionate about helping people reconnect with their families, conversations and confidence.

Ryan Blake

Ryan BlakeRyan Blake MSHAA, RHAD switched to a career in audiology after developing a keen interest in hearing health while working in optical retail. After training as a Hearing Care Assistant, he went on to complete a degree in Hearing Aid Audiology at De Montfort University.

Ryan’s special interest lies in hearing aid technology and helping people understand the advantages of private hearing care — including the flexibility to recommend the ideal device without being tied to a single brand. His friendly, patient-centred approach ensures every consultation is informative, supportive and tailored to individual lifestyles.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys family life in Andover, and he brings that same attentive, caring energy to every patient interaction.

Jeanette Fox – Hearing Care Assistant

Jeanette’s journey into audiology is inspiring. AfterHearing test many years in refrigeration and air conditioning, she embraced a new career at Rawlings when the audiology service expanded. Training as a Hearing Care Assistant, Jeanette quickly fell in love with her role, finding deep satisfaction in helping patients hear clearly again. She values the personal connections she makes and the positive impact even small improvements in hearing can have on everyday life.
